Gift Markers in the Hands
Hands can tell us a lot about their owners.
1. The Soul’s Agenda, imprinted in your fingertips before you were born – that is, your Life Purpose, Life Lesson and Life School.
2. The way you process –
- Thinking
- Feeling
- Doing
3. And many hands also display special gift markers, signifying talents that you may or may not be using.
One of my hand analyst friends has dubbed these markings as “Super Powers.” I think this is an excellent description.
Because, like in a comic book Super Hero’s life, these gifts help their owners do amazing things. Change the world, even.
And like the powers these Super Heroes possess, there are also disadvantages to be reckoned with.
The life of a Super Hero is never without its ups and downs.
In our human experience at least, penalties manifest when you’re not using your gift.
Or not using it in as big a way as it wants to be used.
So how do you know if you’re using your talent appropriately?
Easy.
Just check in and see if things are hunky-dorey or if you’re in a not-so-nice situation.
If your life is on an even keel, you’re happy, and all seems well, then Kudos.
Great job. You’ve got this.
But if not, that penalty will usually express as the opposite of what the gift is.
Like it’s been turned upside down, or inside out.
For example, a Helper of Lost Souls may be lost herself. Perhaps stuck in a dead-end job that brings no meaning to her life. Or maybe even suffering with depression.
And sometimes, the penalty can seem, on the surface, almost totally unrelated to the gift.
A Gifted Healer has the ability to help people see their own true nature. When he doesn’t use that gift in the way he makes his living, there is bound to be a painful intimacy breakdown in his life.
If not remedied, these penalties can become a vicious circle, a cruel feedback loop. Over time, they can become more and more difficult to escape.
When you’re tasked with helping lost souls, and you’re not doing that in a healthy way, you can become depressed. Which makes it difficult to help anyone… including yourself.
There are 18 officially recognized gift markings in scientific hand analysis.
Some folks have ‘em. Some don’t.
If you don’t have gift markers in your hands, don’t despair. It doesn’t mean you don’t have gifts. Everyone has abilities and talents unique to them.
No, not having the markers just means you dodged a bullet. For whatever reason, you don’t need that threat of “punishment.”
Lucky you. 🙂
But if you do have a gift marker, and you’re living in the shadow of its penalty, maybe it’s time for you to get out there, and figure out how to use it!
Honor your gift and use it as best you can to better the world, and better yourself.
