Every *body* is absolutely unique (this means YOU), so what works for someone else may or may not work for you or me.
One of the most important things we can do on the healing path is to be present and pay attention to what’s happening in these bodies of ours.
And unfortunately, sometimes this means experiencing pain.
It’s so very helpful to learn your triggers, and even further, to learn when you can and cannot push those boundaries.
When muscles go unused, they atrophy, and this quickly begins affecting your metabolism, maybe even your immune system.
And who needs to be pulled down further than you are already?
Movement is necessary to quality of life.
And making sure to use common sense is great, too.
When you feel pretty good, the tendency may be to overdo physical activity (like playing catch-up?) which of course may cost you the next several days.
Learn where that line is for you.
And do your best to always stop short of it, no matter what anyone else thinks.
