I recently had a realization that was kind of amazing to me.
What? Again?
🙂
As I work on my own long-term personal wellness projects – recovering my strength and stamina after Lyme disease and fibromyalgia, while uncurling my scoliotic skeletal structure – I’m also untangling and re-integrating energies that at first glance seem like “little stuff.”
But little stuff does add up…
Anyway, back to the epiphany:
Even if I accomplish NOTHING else in this lifetime of mine, I will leave behind a very valuable legacy for my grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, on and on… you get the idea.
Because a part of this WORK I was given by Spirit involves breaking the generational chains of pain, abuse, neglect, anger, fear. These energetic blockages become encoded genetically and can be passed down unknowingly, even unwillingly, from parent to child, parent to child, from generation to generation.
Not in every instance, of course. The miracle of mitosis and meiosis (remember biology class?) is a little like shuffling cards. Luck of the draw. Some genes are from mom, some from dad.
But I believe the more I can “clean up” my own energy field, release myself, and by extension my daughter, from the bondage of these energetic entanglements that were so powerful they became inherited components… the more of these ancestral energy chains I can break and re-integrate for a more productive use, the better chance future generations will have at living a happier, healthier, richer, fuller, more gratifying life.
And looking at the bigger picture, by helping others do the same in their own family trees, more and more people around the world will be living joyful, balanced lives, making wiser and kinder choices.
Ultimately, creating PEACE on EARTH.
Join me, will you?
